The content of terms and conditions may be change, move or delete at any time. Please note that Juliet. R has the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, Juliet. R will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

Order, Payment Methods, Shipping Information and Return/ Refund Policy

A. Order

(1) How do I place an order? 

•         Go to "Payment Instruction" section. 

•         Open any e-wallet or banking apps that support DuitNow QR.

•         Scan the Juliet.R DuitNow QR code provided and insert RM138.00.

•         Remember to take down the payment reference or ID which you need to key into the Order Form.

•         Fill in the order form (all fields are required except the personalized message).

•         Please remember to fill in the payment reference number in the order form.

• ​        Choose the Bracelet and Flower Box types in the order form. Once completed, press "Submit".​

•         You will received an confirmation email once you placed the order. 

(2) How long does it take to process my order?

•  Please allow us to process your order within 3 business days (exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday) after receiving IF products are all in order. 

•  We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all products in our Online Store are available. However, we are not able to predict and advice in advance for any certain “stock unavailability” IF occur due to unexpected surge in demand and/ or supply shortages, we will contact you soonest possible to either replace with product of similar value or wait for stock to be available.

• Prices and specifications of products in our Online Store are subjected to change with/ without prior notice. 

(3) How can I check the status of my order? 

 You will receive an email notification with courier consignment number once your order has been picked up.  You can track your order (after 24hours).  Key in the courier consignment number and it will display the shipping status. Kindly check the Junk Mail for the email notification.

(4) Can I modify or cancel my order?  

• Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your request to cancel or modify order once it is processed.

B. Payment Methods

(1) Local Orders

•  Currency for payment transactions is in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). We accept DuitNow QR Pay  -  an online payment services with compressive online payment options as below,

  • PBe QR

  • HLB Connect 

  • Other banking Apps that support DuitNow QR.

C. Shipping

(1) RM138.00 is inclusive of shipping fees

(2) We only accept orders to areas under Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak only. 

(3) Order & Delivery schedule

• No delivery over weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and/ or Public Holiday.  Delays in delivering your order might be incurred due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disaster.

• No order accepted for delivery to any P.O. Box address.

• We will deliver order to the delivery address specified in the online order form; hence, in the event of any unsuccessful delivery due to either absence in receiving order and / or wrong , incomplete delivery address; We will not be held responsible and/ or bear any cost to re-route and/or to re-deliver parcel.  It is therefore important to ensure delivery address filled in the form is correct.

• We will also not be held responsible to refund full payment of order after paid and /or replace products if missing during the re-routing and/ or re-delivery process due to wrong and /or incomplete delivery address given.

• Delivery address cannot be changed/ modified once order’s transaction has been approved. 

D. Others

​- We will collect personal information when you register. This information is used to enable us to process and deliver your order. Information can also be collected to allow us to send you newsletters and offers, which we feel, would be of particular interest to you.
 

E. Site Contents & Copyrights

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Juliet.R.

F. Comments and Feedbacks

All comments and feedbacks to https://echbabyorganic.com will be remain Juliet.R's property.

User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the https://myjulietr.wixsite.com/julietrmalaysia will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. User will be the only one responsible for any comment's content made.

G. Product Information

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

H. Indemnification

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Juliet.R harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. https://myjulietr.wixsite.com/julietrmalaysia will not be related or involve to any such website if the user's content/product(s) got damaged or loss have any connection with third party site.

J. Inaccuracy Information

From time to time, there may be information on https://myjulietr.wixsite.com/julietrmalaysia that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfy with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice. 

K. Termination

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or https://myjulietr.wixsite.com/julietrmalaysia. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, https://myjulietr.wixsite.com/julietrmalaysia may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
